According to South Korea’s Ministry of Defense, the robots must have traveled 40 miles before landing in the sea, reports the South Korean news agency Yonhap.
The launch, which comes ahead of the 70th anniversary of the end of the Korean War on July 27, 1953, was the latest in a series of robotic tests by North Korea in recent weeks.
