North Korea conducts missile test just a day after South

North Korea has reportedly launched at least three ballistic missiles within two days.

North Korea launched several missiles from its east coast, South Korea’s armed forces and Japan’s coast guard said on Monday.

Japan initially said it had detected three missiles, but later both South Korea and Japan said there were two missiles.

The Japanese Coast Guard believes the missiles were possibly ballistic missiles.

According to information from Japan’s public broadcaster NHK, the missiles fell into the sea outside Japan’s economic zone.

North Korea last conducted a missile test two days ago. At that time, it was said to have been an intercontinental ballistic missile.

In response to Saturday’s launch, South Korea and the United States held joint air war exercises on the Korean Peninsula on Sunday.

“The frequency of missile launches depends on US actions”

North Korea has started conducting missile tests after a break of a few months. South Korea and the United States are due to begin talks this week on how the countries would respond if North Korea used a nuclear weapon.

the leader of North Korea Kim Jong-un the influential sister commented today on the joint military exercises organized by the United States and South Korea yesterday.

Kim Yo-jong warned of similar countermeasures in a bulletin presented by North Korea’s state news agency KCNA. According to him, how often North Korea uses the Pacific Ocean as a firing range depends on the actions of the United States.
