A large group of safelanders is causing problems at the night shelter in Utrecht. The cold weather regulation is in force there. This means that no one has to sleep on the street. The safelanders take advantage of that situation. Moreover, they create unsafe situations in the night shelter. This was what councilor Rachel Streefland (Christian Union) argued tonight in the Utrecht city council.
