McLaren’s Lando Norris won the Formula 1 Dutch GP on Sunday. For the Brit, who is second in the World Series, the victory is the second of the season and career. He took his opening win at the US Miami GP earlier this year.
Red Bull’s Dutch driver leading the World Series Max Verstappen was second and Ferrari’s Monaco driver Charles Leclerc third.
In recent years, the three-time world champion Verstappen, who has dominated the formula tracks, has already lost five races in a row, so Norris, who is on the rise, narrowed down the battle for the top comfortably.
– It feels great once again. The car was incredible and the pace was strong. Very enjoyable, Norris chatted in a track interview.
Sauber’s Valtteri Bottas started the race from the 16th grid and finished 19th. He hasn’t scored a single point this season, but the Finnish driver, who is looking for a job next season, has finished just as well in every race.
Just a Chinese teammate Guanyu Zhou was slower than Bottas in the Dutch GP.
