Norfolk OPP investigating numerous thefts

Norfolk OPP are investigating the theft of several fuel containers from a Main Street South, Waterford address.

Officers were dispatched to the scene at about 8:28 am May 1.

Police say several containers of diesel and unleaded fuel worth about $1,000 were taken from a storage area on the property.

Norfolk OPP are also investigating the theft of clothing from a vehicle parked at a Peel Street, Simcoe address.

Police received a report of the theft at about 8:44 pm May 3. Further investigation revealed the vehicle was entered overnight and a black colored Le Chateau jacket and a pair of Lululemon pants were stolen.

Vehicle theft

A SUV was stolen from a Maple Avenue, Delhi address, Norfolk OPP say.

Police received a report of the theft at 6:46 am May 4.

The vehicle is a white, 2005, GMC Yukon.

Parking permit stolen

Norfolk OPP are investigating the theft of an accessible parking permit.

Police were notified of the theft at about 3:46 pm May 3. Upon further investigation, police determined that the permit was stolen from a vehicle parked at a Whitewater Drive, Port Dover address.
