Rabobank, Jaarbeurs and the owner of an office complex, among others, had gone to the Council of State because they are afraid that the new district with all its residents will lead to all kinds of problems. For example, they fear parking problems and accessibility problems. Those objections were rejected, but the Council of State believes that the municipal council did not properly consider the possibility of noise pollution.
