There are regularly photos that go viral because they divide opinions. Some are absolutely sure to see one thing, while others are sure to see another.
It’s fun to challenge ourselves – as well as challenge our eyes and our brains. Whenever we look at our surroundings, our brain processes what our eyes see, but sometimes we don’t see what’s right in front of us. It is both strange and fascinating at the same time.
This image was shared on Facebook and has since spread across the internet – it does indeed look like an optical illusion.
The photo showing a pretty snowy landscape sparked a big debate: what is in the center of the image? This disturbs many people and the debate rages on.
At first glance, many see a man running through the forest, but upon closer inspection, it looks more like a dog. So a dog or a man? There is no consensus on what the image represents.
“A man running in the forest,” writes one. “A dog and a man – but if you zoom in it looks like a large poodle,” adds another. “OMG (Oh my God, editor’s note). “Great illusion! At first glance, I thought it was a man with a backpack running in the forest,” concludes the last. And the discussion continues in the comments. The correct answer, however, is that it’s a black dog in the snow, so claimed the person who took the original photo.
