Province of Utrecht – ATMs were out of order much more often last month than banks promised. On average, one in twenty Geldmaat machines was defective, to be precise, 5.7 percent of the machines. In the province of Utrecht the figure is 5.9 percent. This is evident from data that NOS collected together with regional broadcasters.
