Sam Raimi, the famous director of Doctor Strange 2 and the Spiderman trilogy with Tobey Maguire, announced that a new Spiderman movie is not planned with Tobey.

Raimi said, “As with every project, we had a deadline and I did not have the opportunity to work on the story as much as I wanted. That’s why I wasn’t very happy with the final version of the production. I wanted to finish the series in a way befitting the audience, I wanted Spiderman 4 to be remembered as the best Spiderman movie ever made. However, due to my own mistakes, I couldn’t get the script together and I didn’t want to make a movie that wouldn’t be called great. That’s why you should go to Sony and do the reboot you planned because the movie I’m going to shoot isn’t going to be great, so I said I don’t want to shoot it.”

In his latest interview with Screen Rant, Sam Raimi announced that the series will not continue. raimi,

“I don’t have any plans for Spiderman 4 right now. “They’ve been so successful in the current Spiderman franchise that I’m not sure if something like this will ever happen.” Although the fans are upset, Sam Raimi, who makes logical statements in the end, will be with us on May 6 with his new movie Doctor Strange in multiverse in madness.
