The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved ultra-thin panties that a woman can wear during oral sex to prevent her partner from contracting sexually transmitted infections.

The panties produced by the company, a Los Angeles-based brand, claim that while allowing women to enjoy oral sex, they also protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

The product is intended for people who suffer from sexually transmitted infections, need to be more careful with oral sex, or have any other condition that may make oral sex a concern for them.

PANTS DISPOSABLE

The product, which is claimed to not affect sexual pleasure thanks to its ultra-thin fabric layer, is disposable like condoms used by men.

Melanie Cristol, the owner of the company and inventor of the product, said she invented the product after she realized that women sometimes turn down the oral sex they want because they don’t have the easy and safe options.
