Utrecht – The Amersfoort couple who filed summary proceedings against the municipality of Amersfoort this afternoon, will have to be patient for a while. The two wanted to obtain the contact details of a séance group via the Utrecht court today, but the judge said that he needed the usual two weeks for a ruling. “Whether or not the name and address details are required for damage limitation and liability treatment, I want to think again,” he said.
