The important model, equipped with the brand’s new technologies, is getting ready to meet the users with the e-Power badge in November. Unlike the Juke, the Qashqai e-Power, powered by a unit that Nissan built on the basis of a 1.5-liter gasoline engine, is the first model that Nissan offers this infrastructure in Europe. Users can choose this infrastructure with only one power option for now. The variable compression ratio technology located in the 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine is responsible for automatically adjusting the compression rating, which varies between 8:1 and 14:1 depending on the driving character. In the combination of the system, in which this engine is completed with an electric motor and battery, we see that 188 horsepower and 330 Nm torque values emerge.

Among the prominent figures of the future version with front-wheel drive infrastructure as standard, consumption and carbon emissions draw attention. Qashqai e-Power, which is given a mixed consumption value of 5.3 liters at the factory, also emits 119 grams of carbon per kilometer.
