In Nigeria, it is a new massacre which again involves a tanker truck. This Saturday morning, January 18, in Niger State, at least 70 people died in the explosion of a heavy goods vehicle carrying fuel. This happened on the road linking Kaduna town to the federal capital Abuja. Once again, the explosion followed a tanker accident.
