The asylum seekers will live on the first floor of the event location and will be supervised there by the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA), the Utrecht Safety Region and the municipality. It is not known from which countries the asylum seekers come. The municipality reports that the COA determines this and that it will be a reflection of the refugee population in the Netherlands.
