Niclas Wahlgren reveals his big change in life

As son of Christina Schollin and Hans Wahlgren so has Niclas Wahlgren, 58, has been famous since childhood. He made a breakthrough in the cult film G – As in community, which came out in 1983. In the film, which is now 40 years old, in addition to Niclas, stars such as Magnus Uggla and Ewa Fröling.

In the same year, Niclas Wahlgren also released his first album, which was titled “Pokerface”. He has since released six studio albums, the last of which came in 2009. In the same year, Niclas also competed in Let’s Dance, where he ended up in fifth place.

In addition to that, he was a presenter with his sister Pernilla wahlgrenand the sibling duo became “Nicke and Nilla” with a whole generation.

Just like his ex-wife Laila Bagge Niclas has also been a radio presenter. After working at Lugna Favoriter, he moved to NRJ where he left in 2022.

But unlike the rest of the Wahlgren family, Niclas has recently left the world of showbiz behind. Instead, he has changed his mind and become a personal trainer – something he changed his mind to at the age of 54.

– It feels like crazy fun! It’s never too late to learn and develop yourself. Because I’m so into the training, I want that knowledge and license, he told Aftonbladet at the time.

On Instagram, Niclas Wahlgren has over 114,000 followers, and there he updates about diet, exercise and health. With 2024 now on the horizon, there are probably many Swedes out there who have New Year’s resolutions.

According to a survey from Sifo, the most common New Year’s resolutions are about exercising and eating more healthily. Other common New Year’s resolutions are about reducing screen time and stress, quitting smoking and perhaps cutting back on alcohol intake.

On Instagram, Niclas is now drawing attention to this very thing with New Year’s resolutions.

“Everyone wants an improvement, but few are willing to make a change. With the right mindset, you can achieve any goal you set,” he wrote, sharing a series of photos with tips.

“Get into a routine with these four habits in the next 6 months and you will become a 2.0 of yourself in June 2024,” wrote Niclas.

The first point was to wake up early to get a head start – and give yourself time to exercise, plan your day and be more productive. In addition to that, it was about writing down the thoughts you have before you go to bed, exercising and drinking water.
