NHOA Carlalberto Guglielminotti leaves the Group after 12 years at

(Finance) – Carlalberto Guglielminotti, co-founder of NHOA Group (formerly Engie EPS) announces the resignation from the position of CEO and by all the tasks and operational roles held within the Group. Guglielminotti, who will remain in office until 30 November 2024exits the scene after transforming the Group from a simple spin-off of the Polytechnic of Turin and Milan to one of the global leaders in the energy transition.

The Group will continue to grow, in this new chapter of its history outside the capital market, under the leadership of TCC and its president Nelson Changand with the managing directors of NHOA Energy, Atlante and Free2move eSolutionsGiuseppe Artizzu, Stefano Terranova and Mathilde Lheureux.

“After almost 12 years, my journey with NHOA comes to an end as a dream come true. I leave behind a strong and solid group that has grown exponentially over the years.
