(Finance) – NEXT RE SIIQa real estate investment company listed on Euronext Milan, has registered a lost equal to -0.6 million euros in the first quarter of 2022 (-0.5 million euros at 31 March 2021) and a EBITDA negative for -0.2 million euros (-0.1 million euros at March 31, 2021).
The Net assets amounted to 84.9 million euros at 31 March 2022, compared to 85.5 million euros at 31 December 2021. The Total financial debt amounts to 61.5 million euros as of March 31, 2022, compared to 61.04 million euros as of December 31, 2021. Net Loan to Value at March 31, 2022 it was 44%, stable compared to December 31, 2021.
