(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Next King SIIQ has signed with IHC Verona, a company subject to the management and coordination of AHC International Consulting, the definitive contract of sale relating to the property intended for hotel use located in Verona, for a sale price of 7.4 million euros beyond taxes.
Next King and the acquiring party were assistedfor the commercial aspects of the transaction, by Colliers Advisory & Transaction, while, for the legal aspects, Next Re was assisted by the law firm Dentons and the buyer by Zaglio-Orizio e Associati law firm.
