(Telestock) – Francesco Pettenatinon-executive and non-independent director of Nexihas resigned from the Board of Directors effective today due to new professional commitments.
Nexi itself made this known in a press release, adding that “based on communications to the Company and the public, Pettenati does not hold shares in the Company”.
