(Finance) – In relation to the share purchase program, Nexi has announced that he has purchasedbetween 16 and 20 September 2024, overall 5,604,891 ordinary treasury shares at an average price of 6,3271 euros.
As of September 20, Nexi has concluded the program launched on May 9, 2024, having purchased a total of 83,417,413 treasury shares since the launch of the program, equal to approximately 6.48% of the share capital at a weighted average price of 5.9832 euros per share, for a value of 499,099,183.02 euros.
