Turkey’s technology-focused news application Bundleshared its prominent data for 2023.

Making a statement on this matter, the company said: “The application, which has been delivering breaking news and content worth reading from hundreds of different sources to its users with instant notifications for exactly ten years, has made radical changes with the 5.0 version it published last year. With its renewed interface for a refined news reading experience in version 5.0 and its artificial intelligence-supported features that were appreciated by the users, Bundle managed to reach 160 million news readings in 2023. According to figures released by the company, 3.4 million unique users followed the agenda from Bundle within a year, and this rate increased by 27% compared to the previous year. Users shared news content 1.9 million times. The time spent on the iOS platform increased by 29% and on the Android platform by 32%. The application, which has been collaborating with many national and international brands for years, achieved eye-catching growth in 2023, increasing the number of brands it works with to over 600. Thanks to the artificial intelligence model Bundle AI it developed, it has created e-com projects that aim for more conscious, faster and more reliable shopping with the interactive shopping experience it offers to brands. Taking the wind of artificial intelligence behind it with Bundle AI, Bundle became one of the first applications with artificial intelligence-supported features in Turkey. First of all, it broke new ground by saving its users from “clickbait” headlines in news media. Since the day this feature was implemented, 120 thousand headlines have been reported throughout the year and 58 thousand news headlines have been edited by removing misleading content. The fact that the feature attracted so much attention was an indication of how tired users are of clickbait headlines. Another artificial intelligence move of Bundle in 2023 was to summarize news content. Bundle AI now summarizes long-form news content into short bullets with a single touch of the user and conveys the most important points of the news to the users. Thus, users avoid getting lost in a news story and have access to more information in a shorter time.

In addition to all this, Bundle is also known for the friendly relationship it has developed with its long-time users. So much so that sometimes it wishes good morning to its users who cannot receive a good morning message from their loved ones, and sometimes it sends a heart emoji notification to make them smile on a busy day. This being the case, the application did not neglect to touch the fun part of artificial intelligence. It created the world’s first interactive content, exposing users to Bundle AI and allowing them to chat about the content.

In 15 different interactive contents published weekly, more than 70 thousand users talked at length with Bundle AI and asked questions about whatever the subject was, from the world of finance to the automotive industry, from psychology to shopping. Users even had the opportunity to talk to world-famous investor Warren Buffett. Of course, it was Bundle AI talking to them, but it managed to give answers as good as the investor himself.”
