(Finance) – Newlat Food announced that, from 1 to 30 October 2022, purchased 116,849 ordinary shares at the average unit price of € 4.70 for a countervalue overall of 546,826.41 euros And it sold 2,464 ordinary shares at an average price of € 4.61, for a value of € 11,169.74, as part of the authorization for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of April 28, 2022.
Following the purchases and provisions made so far, the Italian agri-food company holds 4,419,593 treasury shares equal to 10.06% of the share capital.
In the meantime, on the Milanese list, the performance of Newlat Food with a drop of 0.44%, reaching 4.515 euros.
