(Finance) – Newlat Foodas part of the authorization for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares, announced that from 1 to 29 February 2024, it purchased 99,326 ordinary shares at the average price of 7.43 euros for one countervalue total of 730,053.26 euros.
Following the purchases and disposals made so far, the Italian agri-food company holds 1,608,494 own shares equal to 3.66% of the share capital.
On the Milanese price list, today, a small step forward for Newlat Foodwhich brings home a timid +0.46%.
