(Finance) – Newlat Foodas part of the authorization for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares, announced that from 1 to 31 March 2024, he bought 56,379 ordinary shares at the average price of 6.17 euros for one countervalue total of 343,875.05 euros.
Following the purchases and dispositions made so far, the Italian agri-food company holds 1,664,873 own shares equal to 3.79% of the share capital.
It was a slow day in Piazza Affari Newlat Foodwhich closed the session with a decline of 0.84%.
