(Telestock) – Newlat Food following the press release at the end of May regarding the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of the entire share capital of Princes Limitedcurrently held by Mitsubishi Corporation, announces that, as of July 10, 2024, all the conditions precedent have been met expected for the closing of the Transaction. Therefore, the parties have agreed that the closing of the Transaction will take place on July 30, 2024.
