A Chatham woman, 46, was charged with two counts each of possessing a controlled substance for trafficking and failing to comply with an undertaking, police said. She was held pending a bail hearing.

The woman already faced six counts of possessing a controlled substance for trafficking, four counts each of careless storage and unauthorized possession of a firearm, and a single count of possessing a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm, police said.

Charges were laid after intelligence unit officers searched a Park Street address in Chatham Oct. 4, police said.

She was released at that time with conditions barring her from possessing illegal substances, police said.
