SMHI has issued yellow warnings for snowfall in Gävleborg and Västernorrland counties as of this afternoon.
– During Tuesday morning, a new area of precipitation moves in over the southern parts of the country. In the south, it will be a mixture of rain and snow that falls, then it turns into snowfall further north, says TV4’s meteorologist Linda Eriksson.
Quite large amounts of wet snow are expected, 10-20 centimetres, which can cause problems in traffic and mean an extra load on roofs.
