On March 26, asbestos pipes were found around part of the basin. The work was immediately stopped and an expert agency was called in to examine the pipework. This inspection shows that work can be resumed because the asbestos found has been determined to be low risk. But the municipality does not rule out that there are asbestos pipes in more places.
