New Ripley trailer promises the thriller series of the year

Andrew Scott apparently has nothing against dark characters. Although he can currently be seen in the moving drama All of Us Strangers in the cinema, he will soon be playing the psychopath again in the Netflix series Ripley. The new trailer presents us with a performance from Scott that doesn’t have to hide from his famous Sherlock role as the villain Moriarty.

New Netflix trailer for Ripley shows the work of a ruthless psychopath

Ripley is about the young Tom Ripley (Scott), who has to persuade the rich heir Dickie Greenleaf (Johnny Flynn) to come back to the United States from his lavish permanent vacation in Italy. When he arrives in southern Europe, Ripley likes his target’s life so much, that he would like to take it for himself soon.

The Netflix series is one Adaptation of the famous novel The Talented Mr. Ripley by Patricia Highsmith. The book has already been brought to the screen with Matt Damon and Jude Law in The Talented Mr. Ripley, among others.

When is Ripley coming to Netflix?

It won’t be long before Andrew Scott opens up the facets of his murderous character in the Netflix series. Ripley is from the April 4, 2024 available for streaming. In addition to Scott and Flynn, Dakota Fanning (War of the Worlds) can be seen in front of the camera.
