How do I redeem the code?
To redeem the promo code and receive the items, you must redeem them in the Pokémon GO web store. Regardless of whether you have an Android or iOS device, the process looks like this:
When you open the game after these steps, you will see a notification that you have received the reward. You can also check your diary to make sure the items have arrived.
If you don’t see the reward straight away, restart the game and see if the items appear. If it still doesn’t work, just wait a few minutes and start the game again.
