– If you walk along, for example, Götgatan in Stockholm, you can clearly see how the city has been littered with scooters, says Minister of Infrastructure Tomas Eneroth (S) to Aftonbladet.
The bicycles must instead be parked at specified bicycle racks that the municipalities are responsible for setting up or alternatively another parking space.
– It must be finalized. Now you are not allowed to park in any way, but you have to park in a parking lot, says Eneroth.
