The Has Fallen series with Gerard Butler continues: Spin-off series and part 4 of the action blockbuster announced
The Has Fallen series has had an astonishing triumph in cinemas. While the first part initially seemed like a cheap version of Roland Emmerich’s action blockbuster White House Down, the thriller directed by Antoine Fuqua was able to Win the hearts of the audience and transform Gerard Butler into the action star he is today.
After three successful big screen outings, we can expect the first spin-off series of the franchise: Paris Has Fallen takes you to the streets of… Paris. The focus of the story, however, is not Butler Banning, but the bodyguard Vincent Taleb (Tewfik Jallab) and the quick-witted MI6 agent Zara Taylor Ritu Arya.
The main series continues with Night Has Fallen. A specific cinema release date has not yet been set, as the project has recently faced a challenge. Between Butler and the production studios Millennium Media and Nu Image a legal dispute raged. However, this has now been resolved.
