No one seems to have seen Kristine Stavå’s Skistad.
But now comes new information about the Norwegian skiing star.
Already before the premiere of the new ski season came the first setback Kristine Stavå’s Ski City. Then she was forced into immediate stomach surgery, but no one really knew why.
Skistad’s setback
Secrecy has always surrounded the Norwegian skiing star and she is always tight-lipped about herself. In the end, Stavås Skistad was able to make its season debut at the World Cup in Lillehammer at the beginning of December.

But it unfortunately ended with a flat fall for the Norwegian, who was already eliminated in the quarter-finals of the sprint. Kristine stormed out of the competition area and the only words she said were: “Home and practice”.
Quiet for a month
Since then, no one has seen the 25-year-old who had disappeared from the Norwegian national ski team. A month has passed without a single word or announcement about a comeback for the Norwegian – until this weekend.

Then Kristine Stavå’s Skistad made a secret comeback on the ski tracks again during a local race in Norwegian Eggedal, reports several Norwegian media. She came second in the 10 kilometer classic after her teammate Anniken Sand and is now ready to return to the big stage again.
After the disappointment in Lillehammer at the beginning of December, Stavås Skistad chose to cancel the Tour de Ski and focus on training instead. To build up the body in the best way before the big goal of the season, which is the World Ski Championships in Trondheim in February.
– I have to prioritize a training period, the Norwegian said then.
