New news about Johannes Hösflot Kläbo – then the Norwegian big star is back on track

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, 27, made the decision not to compete in this weekend’s World Cup competitions in Gällivare.
But now the Norwegian is back.
The Norwegian national team writes in a press release that Klæbo is back in the team that travels to Östersund this weekend.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo won the overall world cup last year and wants to defend the title this year. But it started anything but well in the premiere in Finnish Ruka.

The 27-year-old was third in the sprint final and then followed up with 14th and 21st place in the 10 km classic and the mass start over 20 km, respectively. In Östersund, a sprint awaits on Saturday and a 10 km freestyle with an interval start on Sunday.
