The game has been in development at KT Racing since 2016. The game is now set to be officially released on Steam, PS5 and Xbox under Nacon on September 12, 2024.

You are promised 84 km² of an open world. In comparison, Red Dead Redemption 2 offers you “only” 75 km² and GTA 5 81 km², if you don’t take the water areas into account. But that gives you a rough idea of how big the world of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will be.
The game is officially described as an open-world racing game with a lot of attention to detail, innovative game elements and lots of cars from 30 well-known manufacturers such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and Aston Martin. There are many models waiting for you, from everyday cars from the 1960s to very modern cars.
The huge demo with lots of content only this week
What does the demo offer? The free demo, which you can currently download on Steam, promises to give you a detailed look at the MMO. The demo is available until June 17, 2024. Until then, however, you are not limited in time. So you can test the game for as long as you like.
The demo also offers a lot of content that you can test. Of the 14 areas on Hong Kong Island, you can already explore nine freely. A total of 16 cars will be available, which you can get from seven different car dealers. You can then use these to complete 27 races and 25 missions, and the demo will offer you a total of 18 upgrades for your cars.
