On Friday, the United States announced a new military support package of 270 million dollars, equivalent to 2.7 billion kroner to Ukraine.
The weapons package includes four mobile Himars systems, which can hit targets within 80 kilometers with great accuracy. With the shipment, Ukraine will have received a total of 20 such systems, according to Pentagon spokesman John Kirby.
The shipment also includes 500 tactical drones of the “Phoenix Ghost” type, a newly developed drone equipped with explosives, but which can also be used for surveillance.
