Although Disney calls A Fan’s Guide to Ms. Marvel a short film, the video is just over four minutes long rather a longer trailer. For those who have never heard of Ms. Marvel, the short film still offers a nice introduction to the world of the extraordinary MCU heroine.

In A Fan’s Guide to Ms. Marvel, leading actress Iman Vellani talks about how much the superheroine means to her and why the protagonist Kamala Khan as a teenager is a similar character to Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. Then there’s the representational aspect, because Ms. Marvel is the first female Muslim superhero in the Marvel cosmos.
When does Ms. Marvel start on Disney+?
This is not the only way that Ms. Marvel brings a breath of fresh air to the superhero universe. For a change, the series also brings us an entertaining teen comedy. You can play the first of the six Ms. Marvel episodes from June 8th Stream on Disney+ subscription.
The new MCU series also serves as a Prelude to the Captain Marvel sequel. Kamala Kahn will star in The Marvels alongside Carol Danvers and Monica Rambeau.
