The training, which is produced on behalf of the government and is estimated to take approximately two hours, will be available on the web by the summer.
Most authorities have their own introductory courses. The new one should provide basic knowledge about the common things for everyone who works in the state administration, for example the rules and conditions that govern work as well as the requirements for objectivity and impartiality.
The starting point must be the six principles of the national value base on democracy, legality, objectivity, free opinion formation, respect as well as efficiency and service.
According to the State Treasury, the training will not replace the authorities’ own, more operationally adapted, introductions.
