French alpine skier Cyprien Sarrazin the surgery went well, the French Ski Federation said on Saturday.
Sarrazin crashed violently in Bormio, Italy, during skydiving practice on Friday and slid a long way, eventually coming to rest in a safety net. Sarrazin was transported by helicopter to the hospital and he had to undergo surgery due to a brain hemorrhage.
