The manufacturer of connected watches and bracelets Fitbit has just unveiled its latest models which focus on monitoring and interpreting certain key vital parameters, including detection of atrial fibrillation.

Owned by Google since 2019, Fitbit is one of the leading players in the market for watches and connected bracelets. The brand today announces its latest novelties, with the Sense 2 and Versa 4 watches as well as the Inspire 3 activity bracelet.

Fitbit Sense2
The high-end connected watch from Fitbit was entitled to several modifications of the design of its case in order to lower its center of gravity and make it thinner and lighter. The Sense 2 also inherits a real button physical to control navigation in the interface in combination with thetouchscreen. Thanks to its sensorsthe watch monitors the heart rate as well as the body temperature permanently. She is now able to detect signs of atrial fibrillation and issue an alert. Fitbit also focuses on monitoring and managing the stress. The new Body Response sensor tracks electrodermal activity and combines this data with heart rate and body temperature to spot potential signs of stress. The user can thus better identify the situations causing this state and will learn to manage them better by carrying out mindfulness meditation or watch-guided breathing. The Fitbit Sense 2 also performs further analysis during the sleep and develops a profile from ten parameters. This function is available with the Fitbit Premium subscription at €8.99/month (six-month free trial included with the watch). Equipped with a GPS, the Sense 2 manages 40 types of sports activities and allows you to manage phone notifications and calls. The Fitbit Sense 2 will be available this fall but you can already pre-order it for €299.95.
Fitbit Versa 4
The Versa 4 has the same case as the Sense 2 as well as a GPS. Like her big sister, she has more than six days ofautonomy and one fast charge. The heart and sleep tracking functions are similar to its big sister, except for atrial fibrillation. Among the forty drive modes it supports are the HIIT, weightlifting, CrossFit or even dance. Combined with the Fitbit Premium subscription, it delivers a daily fitness score that lets you know your fitness level before a workout. The Versa 4 costs €229.95 (including six months of Fitbit Premium) and will be available this fall.
Fitbit also made an important announcement regarding the integration of services Google Maps and Google Wallet which will arrive in the coming months on the Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4.
Fitbit Inspire 3
The Inspire 3 activity bracelet is entitled to a big novelty which is the integration of a touch screen color. With ten days of autonomy, a sealing up to 50m away, it tracks key data like heart rate, sleep, oxygen saturation (SPO2) and stress level. During physical activities, the Inspire 3 counts active zone minutes, combustion fat, cardio zones, distance and steps. The Fitbit Inspire 3 is available for pre-order at €99.95 (six months of Fitbit Premium included) and will be available in September.
