Even last night, SOS Alarm was affected by a disturbance that made it difficult to reach the emergency number 112, reports P4 Värmland.
The malfunction occurred at three o’clock on Tuesday and lasted for about ten minutes.
On Monday, a longer operational disruption occurred that lasted between 2 and 7.30. It also led to longer response times on the emergency number.
– Now we will investigate this and the reasons behind it. We naturally take this very seriously, said SOS Alarm’s communications manager Staffan Ekengren to TT after yesterday’s problem.
