As part of the Trailblazers event in EA FC 24, new evolutions have appeared in the game again. We’ll show you the requirements, tasks and give you a selection of players who are particularly suitable for the new upgrades.

New Evolutions: Upgrades for left-backs and sixes
Which players can get upgrades in the new evolutions? The new Evolutions are intended for a left-back and a central defensive midfielder (six).
With the new evolution upgrades, players get improved stats everywhere, except for shooting stats. First, let’s look at the tackle Trailblazers evolution for a left-back. The main focus of this development, as the name suggests, is a new playstyle that makes your tackles even more effective.

Ramy Bensebaini/Borussia Dortmund (after the evolution from 80 to 84)
After the evolution, the Dortmund player is a lot more stable in defense. In addition to his important defensive values in defense and physicality, he has over 82 speed and dribbling after the complete evolution. This makes him either a defensive-minded full-back or an offensively gifted center-back. The Algerian can fill both positions.
In addition, his club Dortmund promises good links for a Bundesliga team. Bensebaini gains another plus point for a useful defender through his other two playstyles, Block and In the Air, which give him greater range when defending shots and more assertiveness in aerial duels.
Pervis Estupiñán/ Brighton & Hove Albion (after evolution from 80 to 84)
Despite his not too fast pace, the Ecuadorian moves quickly thanks to the frenzy playstyle and promises a little more offensive output than Bensebaini. The stats can otherwise be read very similarly compared to Dortmund if you ignore the shot value.
In the Premier League, apart from Andrew Robertson’s Trailblazers card, there aren’t really any strong left-backs so far. For that reason alone, Estupinan could be a very decent alternative for the left-back position in a Premier League team.
Alex Telles/ Al Nassr (after evolution from 79 to 83)
The former Porto and Manchester United left-back has moved to Saudi Arabia like many other stars. There, Telles can be linked as a left-back with other Brazilians from the local Saudi Pro League. The best examples are Neymar, Talisca or Malcolm’s winger evolution card, which we had already presented in more detail in another article.
But it’s not just because of its good links that Telles is worth considering. He impresses with very solid all-round values and can also help you in the midfield due to this versatility.
So you have our three recommendations for the straddle Trailblazers evolution.
Below you can read which cards we recommend for the Intercept Trailblazers. This evolution does come at a cost, but in the end you can get players with an overall rating of 86. It therefore offers the best upgrade option to date for the new feature in EA FC 24.
The second new Trailblazers evolution comes with 4 levels. However, your gold card can gain up to eight points in your overall rating. To unlock the Evolutions you have to pay 75,000 coins or 1,500 FC Points.

Our 3 recommendations for the Intercept Trailblazers evolution:
Joey Veerman/PSV Eindhoven (after evolution from 78 to 86)
Eindhoven’s midfield engine is an exciting candidate for interception evolution in several respects. Veerman already has seven playstyles before evolution, and with the interception playstyle+ he even gets his eighth after evolution.
The Dutchman can also be used in all central midfield positions, which makes him very flexible when it comes to team building. Don’t let the 65 speed value put you off, because with the playstyle technique it has the style of play that makes your players faster with the new OP-R1 dribbling.
Ella Palis/Juventus Turin (after evolution from 78 to 86)
Good club, very good nation and owner of one of the 5 best playstyles in EA FC 24 ever, we introduce you to Ella Palis. After the upgrade, the central midfielder is an absolute bench in defense. The combination of the anticipation and interception playing styles makes her the perfect clearer in front of the defense.
In addition, with the playstyle Calm Pole, it has an important element to assert yourself against the OP pressing setting in EA FC 24.
Nicolás Domínguez/Nottingham Forest (after evolution from 77 to 85)
The Argentine is the only rare gold card in our three recommendations. Dominguez is also the player with the most pace of our three candidates. With his endurance value of 97 coupled with his playstyle Relentless, you can sprint through 90 minutes with the running prodigy without tiring him out.
With his nation and his league, Nicolás Domínguez can also be easily integrated into any team. He also has 5-star accuracy with the weak foot, so you can pass or shoot with him from any position.
