New event quest in Monster Hunter Wilds let you farm strong items quickly and quickly

The new event quests in Monster Hunter Wilds are there and bring you a simple way to get valuable glow balls with which you can adapt your weapons and armor.

What quests are it about? Since March 19, 2025, from 01:00 a.m. to 26.03.2025, until 00:59, you have the opportunity to take part in 3 new event quests that provide you with special rewards. With 2 of them you can now get mighty glow balls in a simple and quick way, with which you can adjust the skills of your weapons and armor.

Glow balls are usually available as a loot for high-ranking two-monster hunts that take longer in all. Both event quests have a difficulty level of 5- ★ and can be done relatively easily, so that you can specifically tackle your desired building through this quest. One of the quests is even suitable for players who are not yet so advanced in history.

What do you have to do to get the glow balls? In order to be able to get the glow balls, you have to complete one of the two quests:

  • Sand -crusted soul: You only need hunter rank 9 or higher and you can get glow balls to adapt your armor skills. To do this, you have to succumb or catch a normal doshaguma.
  • Ballet in the rain: You need hunting rank 21 or higher, as you have to catch or succumb a hardened Lala Barina. In return, you will receive glow balls with which you can adapt the skills of your weapons.

    • The quest “Sandwrusted Soul” is particularly suitable for hunters who have just started the game, so that they can experiment with various skills for their armor early on.

    To start the quests, you have to go to Alma and select “Event Quests” in the quest overview under point 6. You will find the point directly under the examinations.

    Is the third quest also worthwhile? In the third event quest “Hidden Fire in the Sand” you can get special materials that you need, among other things, for the exclusive “Expedition head protection α” inspired by the expedition emblem. You have to decide for yourself whether the earring is worth it for you. In any case, it doesn’t hurt and this quest is done relatively quickly.

    If you don’t have time to farm within the quest period, you probably don’t have to be sad. In the past, event quests often came back, so the opportunity will certainly offer again.
