At least three people were killed and 87 wounded in Saturday’s Israeli attack on a port in the Yemeni city of al-Hudaydah, according to the health authority of the Iran-backed Houthi movement.

A massive fire followed the attack, which Houthi leader Mohammed Abdulsalam said targeted fuel depots and a power plant.

The attack was, according to Israel, a response to a drone attack on the Israeli city of Tel Aviv on Friday, when one man was killed and eight were injured. The Houthi movement claimed responsibility for that attack.

    – The blood of Israeli citizens has a price, said Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Saturday.

Israel’s military (IDF) has singled out that port as a major supply route for receiving Iranian weapons, such as the drone used in the attack on Tel Aviv.

On Sunday morning, the IDF stated that a robot fired at Israel from Yemen was shot down.

The Houthi movement controls large parts of Yemen, including the capital Sanaa.
