In the interview, McKay explained:

It is partly Mike Ehrmantraut from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Especially in the way he moves. And in his casual sense of strength.

Mike Ehrmantraut is one of the most popular characters in the Breaking Bad universe and is played by Jonathan Banks (Beverly Hills Cop). Ehrmantraut works as tough killer and right-hand man of drug lord Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito), but still has a certain moral sense.
