The papers state that the municipality and the foundation will exchange a piece of land. The municipality will receive the plot of land at Tabaksteeg in exchange for a piece of land in the Langesteeg area. There, De Boom will work on ‘reinforced’ nature. The deal is not yet complete, the plans still have to go through the city council.
