The municipality of Stichtse Vecht wants to realize 499 apartments in a former office building with a large new construction project, called Kwadrant 1. The building is located 111 meters from a busy road, while according to the GGD guideline this must be at least 150 meters. The project places Stichtse Vecht among the top municipalities that have many homes too close to busy roads.
