The Cyclists’ Union is preparing a mass claim against the Amersfoort cargo bike manufacturer Babboe. The compensation scheme for cargo bike owners is too little and is much too slow, the association believes. “People have saved for years to buy an affordable cargo bike like Babboe. And this group is now left empty-handed,” says director Esther van Garderen.
