The complex will have two communal dining kitchens and living rooms. The whole must have an old and luxurious look. The old school building has wide corridors, a spacious entrance and staircase. “These should be a kind of hotel lobbies, with seating areas where the residents can have a nice chat,” explains Edo. “The residents pay the rent from their benefits, so it is social rent, but it will not look like social rent, it must radiate luxury.”
