The new Batman film is said to be explicitly separate from Robert Pattinson’s take on the Dark Knight. In the next few years, Matt Reeves’ series will receive its sequel. The approach of the new Batman film is also very different from Pattinson’s world. The film is based on Grant Morrison’s comic book series and is called The Brave and the Bold. Also included in this version is Robin – a character who has yet to make it to the big screen in the new millennium, at least not in live-action form.

Every Batman film adaptation of the last 23 years (and there have been a lot) has not featured a fully formed Robin. In Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises, the cop, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, turned out to be Robin, but did not act.
Who will play Batman and who will play Robin in The Brave and the Bold, it is unknown yet. The complete cast from direction to screenplay is in the dark. Likewise that begin of the film.

With Robert Pattinson, Ben Affleck, Michael Keaton, and the new Dark Knight, there are now four active Batmen in the DC Expanded Universe. Robert Pattinson’s separate existence is settled. That leaves Affleck and Keaton, both of whom are set to appear in the upcoming The Flash. This Flash movie could become the big mop and turning point in the DC future, banishing the old characters of Zack Snyder’s DCEU from the new DC Universe.
